Doug Meisinger is the President and C.E.O. of Vinyl Draught, LLC. After a lengthy career in the recorded music industry (EMI/Virgin Records/Capitol Records) music remains his lifelong passion. In May of 2016, Doug was elected by the voters of Galveston County, Director of the 12th District’s Water Authority (WCID 12). The following June, he was appointed by Kemah City Council to the Board of Directors of the city’s Economic Development Board, the Kemah Community Development Corporation (KCDC) where he held the office of President, until his retirement from the Board in 2021. Doug also serves as the Media and Marketing Committee Chair on the Executive Board of the Bay Area Alliance for Youth and Families and served on the Board of Directors of the Clear Creek Education Foundation. Doug also served on the Executive Board of the Clear Lake Area Chamber of Commerce, in the role of Vice Chair of Membership 2019-2020. In November of 2020, Doug was elected to City Council in the City of Kemah, TX.
